Respect

I respect people who:

:: respect other's decision ::
:: care for other's feelings ::
:: are appreciative ::
:: are not calculative ::
:: are willing to listen and empathize ::
:: are willing to share ::
:: are honest but tactful ::

Respect is reciprocal. Whether it's between family, friends, colleagues, boss-employee relationship, or strangers; respect is the most vital characteristic of human relations. NEVER expect me to respect somebody who doesn't show respect for people around him/her. These people dun deserve it.

A message for my most recent boss:
Stop "f**king" around the office and scream colourful languages at your employees. Yes, you pay them. But that doesn't mean they must tolerate your nonsense. They can jolly-well work for another boss, and mind you, your pay is not fantastic either. So what if you are rich and powerful? This is not the reason for you to abuse your authority. I feel sorry for you that nobody likes you and respect you, and nobody stays in your company for long. Isn't it time for you to do some soul-searching? May God bless you.
