Branded Goods - Lousy

Today I went X'mas shopping with my sis & her fren. So we went LV (u should noe which brand is tat) to take a look & at the same time, I took my wallet which was left unused for quite some time, back for maintenance.

I asked: "izzit possible that you clean this for me coz it was left unused for quite sometime"

Sales personnel: "Im sorry mdm, this leather can't be cleaned, if not it will lost its shine"

I replied with a sigh: " so wat about the interior? its quite dirty leh"

Again, she said: "we can't change the lining for u if it gets sticky."

So, the agitated me exclaimed! "that means there's nothing can be done lah!"

and this is wat i get as reply "yah, so sorry"

Wat!!!?? My bro-in-law paid so much for this wallet & they come & tell me they can't maintain it! LV keep emphasizing that they provide follow up services but yet they keep telling customers nothing can be done. They are juz lazy I guess!

The angry me said loudly to my sis infront of other customers "wow..we pay so much for wat?" well, I noe I sound like some typical bitch coz the people there gave me that funny stare. But who cares! I'm annoyed!

I was complaining non-stop till dinner time & I think my sis find me very long-winded. I was thinking if this material cannot be maintain, so why in heaven's sake do they develop this range of product in the first place!? And they priced it at such high price! Pay for wat? pay for trouble and heartache?

LV better do some soul-searching. Giordano has got even better service.
